Last fall, Britney Spears was released from custody of her father, but the family still continues to work things out. The day before, the singer’s father filed an appeal with the Los Angeles Supreme Court against the charges shown in the documentary about Britney Spears. The picture says there was a wiretap in the star’s bedroom.

In the movie, the family’s bodyguard claims that Jamie secretly recorded over 180 hours of audio from the singer’s bedroom and monitored her phone. The star’s father was aware of all the text messages and called Britney.
Jamie said he was told that an insect had been planted in Britney’s bedroom “during detention”. “This statement is false,” the former guard denied the information. “I have never done or arranged surveillance of Britney’s bedroom, including during detention. I am not aware of such surveillance.”

Previously, Jamie Spears accused her daughter of making posts that defame her name and damage her reputation on social networks. After filing the application, Britney’s lawyer said that the singer would not testify in court.
