Ksenia Sobchak has dedicated the new issue of the YouTube project “Attention, news” to the Telegram service, which she calls “the main platform for propaganda for the advanced.” Among the channels involved in the dissemination of propaganda information, the journalist also spoke of “Antiglanets”. This channel was discussed on Sobchak Telegram when he talked about several private “campaigns” against famous personalities – in particular, against Philip Kirkorov, shortly after his sensational video message to Margarita Simonyan. Then the telegraph channels, in turn, published publications criticizing the singer for another reason – a decoration in the form of a cross because of her concert. In a separate development, Ksenia also drew attention to “Antiglyanets”, which “unexpectedly” published a text about the “strange performance” of Kirkorov.

In a chapter titled “Grains, Blocks, and Mining. How the Government Uses the Telegraph for Propaganda,” Sobchak explains what so-called channel grids are and how they work:

One of the protagonists of the question is Sonya Grese, a former employee of a certain “pro-government network”. The girl said that she was offered to work on the project in the fall of 2018, but she did not know that she would have to “beat the Kremlin’s agenda.” According to Sonya, this project has a large office in the center of Moscow, where, according to her observations, at least 100 employees work. As the girl said, there can be about 50 channels in the network, each of which is managed by several writers who work in shifts. She herself hosted several political channels and “channels of media personalities”. Grese did not say all the names and said that they were only “conditional Nastya Rybka, Manucharov”. According to Sonya, raters are paid an average of 80-100 thousand rubles.

Regarding the cost of information campaigns in Telegram, Sobchak says that they are much cheaper than TV:

Another heroine of the topic, political scientist Anna Fedorova, explains that the cost of a post on a channel depends on the viewer and authorship or whether it is anonymous. In copyright publications, the cost of one publication often exceeds 100 thousand rubles, in anonymous publications it is around tens of thousands of rubles.

In addition to a post or a series of posts, you can also buy a “negative block” – then for a certain period of time the media person in the channel will not be “touched”.

Among the examples of duct grilles, Sobchak cites the projects of Christina Potupchik, which, according to Ksenia, is “one of the bestsellers of the day.” According to unconfirmed information, Nebozhena, Bakhchisarai Carnations, Mediakiller and some other channels can be associated with his name.
