Soyuzmultfilm film studio plans to release animated films in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North Africa and Latin America in the near future. Initially, the company planned to launch leases in the Southeast Asian market in 2023-2024, but will now speed up that process. This is reported by Interfax.

“We will have to adapt there (in new markets) more than we thought, but these are the Southeast Asian markets, the Middle East, North Africa, Latin America markets are waiting for us,” said Yuliana Slashcheva, Chairman of the Board. The board of directors of the Soyuzmultfilm film studio said on the broadcast of the TV channel “Russia 24”.
The representative of Soyuzmultfilm also said that they had previously devoted more time to the development of their projects in the Western market, and now it is time to develop new ones.
