According to Deadline, the adaptation of Rebecca Searle’s New York Times best-selling novel Expiration Dates is being developed at Amazon MGM Studios and will star Emma Roberts.

The novel is about a woman who receives paper cards from the universe with the date her relationship ends. When a man emerges who challenges this mold, he begins to question the fate of his life’s path.
Additionally, Searle’s New York Times bestseller An Italian Summer, which has sold more than 1.5 million copies worldwide, is currently in development at Paramount. His international bestseller, In Five Years, which has sold more than 2.3 million copies in 32 languages worldwide, is in development at New Line with Working Title production. Searle’s young adult novel When You Were Mine was adapted into a feature film called Rosaleen. It is produced by 21 Laps and premieres on Hulu in 2022.
Meanwhile, at the end of the summer, it was learned that Emma Roberts will star in the romantic detective story “Murder Without Mushrooms”.
