A new study has revealed anxious data about the professional burnout and emotional state of the Russians.

A joint work of “clean” and “EICH” services, 53% of the Russians left at least once due to emotional exhaustion, and 35.2% of the participants were burnout for several years.
Research participants associate burnout excessive loads in the workplace (31.2%), lack of career expectations (21%) and conflicts in the team (18.5%). However, in reality, the main reasons are uncertainty in professional development (59%), lack of recognition (57.3%) and a violation of the balance between work and personal life (53%).
Office employees and executives began emotional burnout more often than others. According to statistics, 90% of the participants are planning to change the workplace, but only half was decided on this step.
Meanwhile, we have previously written that a new trend has emerged among office employees around the world, but it was not as funny as the usual tendencies for us. The “silent crack” is a new burnout phenomenon and its main symptom is hate.
