The government of TOEAAK is discussing an optional decision that will encourage citizens to limit the daily use of smartphones to up to two hours during their leisure time.

Such an offer was put forward on the basis of the increasing concern of the authorities on the impact of smartphones on mental health. The decision will not have the legal power, but it is designed to encourage residents to use phones and tablets less.
“A two -hour restriction is only a proposal to encourage citizens. This does not mean that the inhabitants of the city will limit or bring responsibility to them.” He said. “I hope this will give each family the opportunity to think and discuss the time they spend behind smartphones and the time they use these devices.”
According to the current draft resolution, children between the ages of 6 to 12 years are recommended to use phones and tablets after 21:00. It is highly recommended for adolescents and adults to stop using devices at 22:00. If the vote is successful, the decision will come into force in October.
Meanwhile, they had previously explained what a Phabbes was or that it had destroyed a relationship as a smartphone.
