Youth is temporary, so scientists in the world are looking for new ways to slow down aging. This time, researchers from Spain have learned that peanuts have a number of property that restricts age -related changes, says New York Post.

According to scientists, this nut neutralizes active oxygen forms and helps to reduce inflammatory processes in the body. As a result, the length of the telomerers that shorten age and affect aging are maintained.
“It has been proven that antioxidants have fought with the abbreviation of telomeres, so a rich source of antioxidants such as resveratrol, niacin and polyphenol, makes sense that it can help slow aging,” he says.
58 people were divided into three groups. The first day consumed 25 g of fried peanuts, second – 32 g peanut paste and third – 32 g peanut oil.
A few months later, scientists measured the length of the telomer participants. Positive dynamics were observed only in all peanut users, telomerers were extended. Performance in representatives of other groups has worsening.
“These results emphasize the importance of all products compared to alternatives in strengthening cell health,” he said.
Meanwhile, previous scientists called the products that should be used to prevent dementia. See the list here. New York Post.New York Post.
