This follows excessive use of digital devices such as sleep lack (39%) and smartphones (35%). Other reasons include boredom (31%), performance of several tasks at the same time, inadequate physical activity (21%), malnutrition or dehydration (20%) and ADHD (18%). Only one quarter (25%) of the participants do not have difficulties in concentration.

Psychiatrist Evita Singh of the University of Ohio says that complaints about stress or concentration problems of anxiety is a widespread reason and that it is necessary to work exactly this way.

A brief concentration of attention can lead to negative concentrations such as renewal of the brain, a decrease in life satisfaction, depression development or anxiety.
