Yura Borisov was nominated for the BAFTA British Film Academy Award in the Best Supporting Actor category for his role in the film Anora. The ceremony will take place on February 16.

Let us remind you that on December 9, Yura Borisov was nominated for the Golden Globe Award. Russian theater and film stars supported the artist on social networks, but Borisov did not win (but apparently was a little upset).
The nominations don’t end there: the “Anora” star is also poised for victory at the Critics’ Choice Awards, and foreign film critics have already named the Russian celebrity as the best supporting actor.
We are also expecting Yura Borisov’s name among the Oscar nominees in the Best Supporting Actor category. Nominations for the 97th Oscars will be announced on January 23. And the ceremony itself will take place on March 2. Currently, the Film Academy has already announced the first lists of Oscar nominees.
