“Nothing in this case changes any of the allegations made in Ms. Lively’s complaint with the California Department of Civil Rights or the federal complaint she filed earlier today. The statement said the lawsuit was based on the patently false premise that the administrative complaint was a ruse based on a choice “not to sue Baldoni” and that “the lawsuit was never the end goal.”
