Arcane anime series has been officially canceled after the release of its second season. The finale wrapped up many of the project’s storylines but left plenty of room for spin-off episodes that the creators hinted were already in development. Dexerto told us more about the future of the universe.
In a recent interview, showrunner Christian Linke revealed that the next League of Legends project has been in development for “about a year.” The co-creator confirmed that the anime “isn’t done yet when it comes to telling a new story and creating a plan to continue others.”
Moreover, Linke delighted fans that the series will include the same characters as in the original project. He also named the locations where the series’ plot will take place: the peaceful region of Ionia, the cruel Noxus, and the kingdom of Demacia.
It was recently learned that Arcane is the most expensive animated series in history. Netflix spent $250 million (RUB24 billion) Note ed.) for 18 episodes. You can find more information about this here.
