Robert Vito was involved in a scandal. The artist was arrested on domestic violence charges earlier this month. Prior to that, police had been called to his Los Angeles-area home regarding an alleged incident with ex-girlfriend Lindsay Jennings.
Sources told TMZ that Vito and Lindsay had a heated argument that turned into a fight. The girl claims Vito pushed her son at one point and threw him onto the couch. Law enforcement noted that the heir was uninjured, but arrested the actor after noticing visible marks on his girlfriend’s body.
It has now been revealed that the artist, known for his role in the movie Spy Kids, will not face any serious charges in the domestic violence case. The fact is that the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office decided to turn the case over to the city attorney’s office to file misdemeanor charges. This happened after it was determined that he did not meet the criteria for a criminal case.
Robert Vito was released after paying bail in the amount of 50 thousand dollars (5.1 million rubles). Note ed.), and Lindsey Jennings was later granted a temporary restraining order.
