Addison Rae has commented on her involvement in the upcoming biopic about Britney Spears, which will be based on the singer’s memoir “The Woman in Me.” The Daily Mail reports this.
Fans of 24-year-old Addison believe she is an ideal candidate for the lead role. “I honestly don’t think anyone deserves to play Britney,” she said on iHeart Radio. He described Spears as a “mysterious” figure and stated that comparisons between the two were inappropriate.
“I don’t even think I can be compared to her. Britney has created something untouchable and unique. No one can truly replicate what she has done for music and the industry,” Addison added.
Addison emphasized that Britney should choose the actress who will play the lead role: “She knows better than anyone who should play her, and I completely respect that.” When the host asked what she would say if Britney confirmed her candidacy, Addison replied: “I would be very proud if she voiced that opinion. Even if there was something I didn’t like, I would accept it.”
Speaking of Britney’s memoir, Addison admitted that she read the book very quickly. “I was standing outside the door of Barnes and Noble waiting for them to open so I could buy it,” he added. Addison also noted that they are both originally from Louisiana: “I’m lucky we’re from the same place. He grew up in Louisiana, and so did I.”
Meanwhile, Emma Roberts is also among the candidates for the lead role. Previously, the actor commented on rumors about possible participation in the biopic.
Let us also remind you that Britney Spears’ memoirs will be published in Russia. According to some reports, this will happen very soon (at the end of November). And read the most interesting (scandalous) from the book here.
