The Oscar winner purchased the property more than two decades ago. From then on, he renovated the house and grounds, bringing them into line with his own environmental standards. Even those from DiCaprio’s circle do not dare to say how much this reconstruction cost, but they unanimously assure that this amount is magnificent.
Photos show numerous cacti and other drought-tolerant plants growing on the land. The roof of the house is equipped with solar panels.
The multimillion-dollar complex, consisting of four houses, has an area of more than a thousand square meters. The main house of the estate is built into the hill. It has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a cinema room, wine cellar and a spa area with a hot tub, swimming pool and sauna.
At the other end of the pool is a large telescope that allows views of the city and the surrounding landscape. The property features a large fire pit, basketball court and tennis court. Judging by the pictures, Keanu Reeves, who is currently rebuilding the pool, became DiCaprio’s neighbor.
