The legendary rapper gave a surprise concert in Times Square the other day. After his performance, Snoop Dogg willingly spoke to reporters. Variety reports that the musician wants to make a movie inspired by Wes Ball’s love of the Planet of the Apes film series.
“I can’t give up the story, but I will share the idea. I love Planet of the Apes. It made me wait a long time for the next movie. So I’m going to do something like this where you don’t have to wait. But imagine if there were dogs instead of monkeys,” said the musician.
Snoop is currently preparing for the release of his album Missionary, which is scheduled for release on December 13th. He had previously announced the track list of the project, which includes many rap artists.
In September, Snoop Dogg decided to reveal his secret to a happy marriage: “He knows which buttons to push.”
