The 28-year-old actress said she really didn’t like being away from her daughters Willa, four, and Delphine, two, with her ex-husband. Sophie Turner misses them very much during her absence.
The Game of Thrones star admitted that despite living in West London, he was staying with a friend while his daughters were with their father. “This is real suffering,” Harper’s Bazaar quotes the artist as saying. She added that having children gave her a sense of purpose in life.
“Before having children, I was very depressed and anxious. I isolated myself frequently. I think I live for them now. I want them to see that I live a social life, enjoy my job, and be successful in my career and relationships. I want them to see a hard-working mother,” said Sophie Turner.
Recall that singer Joe Jonas filed for divorce from the actor in September 2023 after four years of marriage. That same month, she sued him, demanding that her children be sent back to her home country, England. A custody agreement has been reached and Willa and Delphine now split their time between the USA and England.
Last month Sophie Turner shared her views on what it’s like to be a single mother. “I am so lucky to have so many people around me to help me,” he wrote on social media. “I applaud all single mothers going through this alone,” the artist added.
