Today, a hearing was held in the capital’s court on the divorce case of Tatyana Bakalchuk from her husband Vladislav. So far, the businesswoman’s husband has shared the details on his Telegram channel.
Expressing all his demands, the entrepreneur emphasized that the news of the divorce was a big surprise for him. “Today, a preliminary hearing was held in the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow on Tatyana’s request for divorce. A counterclaim was filed on my part and measures were taken to secure the claim. As I wrote before, no marriage contract or property division agreement was signed between Tatyana and me. We lived peacefully and never thought that what is happening now could happen,” Vladislav said.
In his countersuit, he requested that the residence places of the minor children be determined together with him and that “the jointly acquired properties be divided 50:50 as prescribed by law.” The man noted that in the final version of the statement of claim, Tatyana Bakalchuk wanted her share in the jointly acquired property to be determined at 6/7, and her own share at 1/7. According to the businessman, this “does not comply with legal norms or moral norms.”
Vladislav also admitted that, despite what is happening now, he considers Tatyana a close person to whom he treats with deep respect.
