Angelina Jolie will no longer pursue legal cases with the FBI regarding harassment allegations against ex-husband Brad Pitt. Us Weekly reports.

The actress filed an anonymous lawsuit seeking FBI documents regarding an alleged incident on a private jet before the couple’s divorce in 2016. Jolie tried to request documents from the ministry regarding the investigation into the allegations by applying to the Freedom of Information Act. The publication was able to obtain the latest documents indicating that “Jane Doe,” as Jolie introduced herself, dropped the lawsuit and notified the court of her decision on September 25. It was stated that both parties would pay the legal costs.
The actor filed a lawsuit against the FBI, which refused to pursue charges against Pitt in 2022. Moreover, the bureau has not even begun to investigate – there is no evidence of a crime. Agents later reviewed video footage from the plane and concluded that there was no physical violence.
Recall that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie met on the set of the movie “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” in 2004. They married ten years later and divorced two years later. Angelina Jolie accused her ex-husband of child abuse in 2016. Brad allegedly raised his hand to their son, Maddox, as they were returning home from France on a private jet. The star couple has six children: sons Maddox, Pax and Knox and daughters Zahara, Shiloh and Vivienne. Against the background of a difficult divorce from their parents, the children practically do not communicate with Pitt.
