Over the course of several weeks, the band kept their fans engaged by redesigning their social media profiles, sending out postcards to loyal fans hinting at an upcoming album, and later creating a secret website and WhatsApp channel.

“The opening track on the album is ‘Alone’. As soon as I recorded that piece of music, I knew it was the opening track and it felt like the whole album took shape,” frontman Robert Smith told NME.

Another musical comeback occurred with the rock band Oasis. The group was incredibly popular in the 90s, but failed the test of fame. The group broke up in 2009 due to disagreements between the founding brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher. However, this year the group decided to reunite, the first concerts after the reunion should take place in July 2025.
