In early February, Dakota Johnson (Fifty Shades of Grey, Actively Seeking) confirmed that she had participated in the filming of the movie about Madame Web. Madame Web will be the first female character to receive a solo film in the Sony Cinematic Universe, which includes Spider-Man and Venom. The film is directed by SJ Clarkson (The Heirs, Jessica Jones) and written by Power Rangers writers Matt Sazama and Burke Sharpless.
It was also known that Sidney Sweeney (Euphoria, Criminal Minds) and Celeste O’Connor (Ghostbusters) would star in the movie. It is not known exactly who the young actresses will play. The release date of the future picture as well.
Recall that in the comics, Madame Web is an old lady with the gift of prudence. He is blind and paralyzed and therefore dependent on a web-like life support system.
