According to the Los Angeles Times, four suspects have been arrested in connection with the actor’s murder. Robert Barcelo, Leonel Gutierrez and Sergio Estrada were arrested for murder. Police said the fourth, Frank Olano, is accused of being an accessory to the murder.
Searches have been conducted at the suspects’ homes before. The 37-year-old artist, known for his roles in “Westworld,” “Criminal Minds” and “General Hospital,” was shot and killed on the morning of May 25. According to law enforcement, he had finished his shift as a bartender at a bar in downtown Los Angeles and was attacked by three men as he walked to his car.
The criminals lifted Wector’s car and “were going to steal the catalytic converter.” One of the suspects shot and fatally wounded the actor without warning and left him for dead.
The fingerprints of the three arrested men reportedly matched those taken from the car jack.
