Ingredients for the quick cake:
- 100 g of butter
- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- A pack of flaked almonds
Be careful at the beginning!
In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter with the flour then add the sugar.
Beat the egg white until stiff and add it to the mixture.
Flour a cake tin, spread the mixture on top, pour the beaten egg yolk on top and line with flaked almonds.
Preheat the oven to 180° and bake for 15 minutes. When the almonds are golden, it will be ready!
If you don’t eat the whole cake, it will be good the next day if it is a little stale. And for even more pleasure you can serve this cake with a scoop of ice cream.
