The lucky owner of the private ruins overlooking the sea and the final purchase price have not been disclosed. Kanye West purchased the luxury property in 2021, paying double the price he originally sold it for.
The designer the rapper hired for the rebuild, Tony Saxon, said he sincerely believed he was creating a work of art. He fired the expert after telling the client that it was extremely dangerous to live in such a house.
