Alec Baldwin’s trial for the murder of cameraman Galina Hutchins will begin in a few hours. Justice will be served under heavy security.
For security reasons, law enforcement is not disclosing the number of security personnel. TMZ says they are known to be present at the courthouse and throughout the surrounding area.
The publication writes that additional measures were taken due to Baldwin’s repeated provocations by journalists and photographers. Meanwhile, the actor appeared at a preliminary hearing on Monday. In court, his head bowed, he wore dark glasses. He continues to deny his guilt in the murder of cameraman Galina Hutchins on the set of the Western Rust.
Let’s remind you that Alec Baldwin is on trial for manslaughter. He could spend more than a year and a half behind bars. Hannah Gutierrez-Reid, the weapons expert who gave the actor the gun that contained live cartridges instead of blanks, is serving her sentence.
