It seems Courtney isn’t exaggerating here at all. In a rare interview, Travis said his children are his true accomplishment. “The greatest thing you can do at any point in your life is to have a child, to bring a human being into this world. I love being a father. It’s my favorite accomplishment, my favorite thing to do every day,” Barker tells PEOPLE.
Travis first had to take care of a baby when he was 23 years old. That’s when his stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya appeared in his life. Barker was with his mother Shanna Mockler for three years. During this time, they had two children: Landon and Alabama. Travis stated that during this time he learned how to deal with children.
Barker said his children motivate him to be the best version of himself. Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian got married last spring and had a child together a few months later.
