UPDATE: Currently payment and delivery of goods on AliExpress works as usual. This was reported by the press service of AliExpress CIS.
The Chinese company Alibaba stopped accepting rubles and making deliveries to our country. Kommersant writes that the owner of AliExpress refuses to work with Russian customers.

Marketplace does not accept payments from Russian cards, except for some banks. Customers using payment instruments from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan or Armenia will need to resolve shipping issues and find new transit plans.
Alibaba is one of the main sources of goods for resellers, sellers in wholesale markets, marketplaces and many stores, said marketplace market expert Artem Bobtsov. According to him, they are now affected by the fate of major economic parties that have been working under sanctions for more than two years.
As a result, the interaction between sellers and Alibaba may lose economic meaning. The expert also suggested that their goods could become cheaper due to increased turnover of large suppliers who buy from China under direct contracts.
