Parental leave: what are the conditions?

Not all parents can benefit from this advantageous measure. Refers to:

  • Parents under 21 benefit from 2 additional working days for each dependent child.
  • Parents over 21 have at least three dependent children benefit from an additional leave of 2 working days.
    (A child who lives in the home and who has not reached 16 years of age as of April 30 of the current year is considered a dependent child.)
