The ingredients for the asparagus parmesan (for 2 people)
- A bunch of green asparagus (about 400 g, or 10-12 asparagus)
- 1/2 yellow lemon
- Grated parmesan (or grated parmesan if you’re a purist)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
The recipe for asparagus parmesan
- Start by preparing the asparagus: wash them carefully, dry them and cut the base. If they seem large and not very tender, don’t hesitate to peel the stem to prevent them from becoming too fibrous.
- Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish or on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with grated parmesan, salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and cook for 15-20 minutes. The asparagus will be ready when you can easily insert the tip of a knife into the stone.
- When they come out of the oven, sprinkle them with a squeeze of lemon. It’s ready !
