He did not resign: Pavel Priluchny objected to the court’s alimony decision

Last month, it was learned that Agata Muceniece received alimony from Pavel Priluchny through the court. Commenting on her victory in court, the actress condemned her ex-husband for his unwillingness to provide the necessary amount for the maintenance of their children.

It would seem that star parents found a solution to the problem, but no. On May 7, an appeal by Pavel Priluchny appeared on the portal of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction. It turned out that the actor does not intend to stop the lawsuit with his ex-wife. Details of the artist’s statement and the circumstances under which Agatha’s demands were partially met were not disclosed.

The press service of the Moscow Golovinsky Court commented on the submission of the complaint. “He considers it illegal and unfounded, violates the norms of substantive and procedural law and can be annulled,” RIA Novosti quoted a court representative as saying.

Let us also remind you that Priluchny and Muceniece divorced in 2020. They had two children in their marriage: Timofey and Mia. The actress demanded alimony from her ex-husband in October last year, but later gave up this case. It was assumed that the ex-spouses had concluded a reconciliation agreement. However, after a while, the actor went to court again.

The news was prepared by Anna Bulatova.
