New details have emerged in the case of 66-year-old Alec Baldwin. The prosecution claimed that the actor who shot the cameraman on the set was not in control of his emotions.
Ünlü’s lawyers are trying to prove that the murder he committed was unintentional manslaughter. The New Mexico State Attorney’s Office said Baldwin was “careless” during firearms training and “frequently screamed and cursed” on the set of the western.
“To watch Mr. Baldwin’s behavior on the set of ‘Rust’ is to watch a man who has absolutely no control over his emotions and has absolutely no care about how his actions affect others,” the prosecutor said, according to the witness’s testimony.
In 2021, during the filming of the western movie “Rust”, the famous actor killed cameraman Galina Hutchins with a fake gun and injured director Joel Sousa. Baldwin did not admit guilt for the tragedy but offered his condolences to the family and said he was assisting the investigation in any way possible.
