‘Not a concrete injury’: Madonna seeks to file lawsuit over performance delay

Two Madonna fans filed a lawsuit against the pop singer for starting her concert in Brooklyn two hours late. Fans accuse her of “false advertising”.

The plaintiffs said they waited an extra two hours for the star’s concert on December 13. They claim that the show starts at 22.30, even though the advertisement states a different time.

Madonna’s lawyers said that no sane person would expect the star to appear at the appointed time. This is preceded by a warm-up performance. PEOPLE writes that the leading lady then took the stage.

“Plaintiffs argue that ticket holders who left the venue after 1 a.m. may have had difficulty returning home or had to get up early to go to work the next day,” Madonna’s lawyers said. he wrote. “This is not a concrete injury.”

In addition, lawyers noted that the audience was satisfied with the performance, which they wrote on social networks. At the same time, the plaintiffs plan to receive compensation at any cost.
