Ingredients for 2 parts:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of skyr or fromage blanc
  • 50g of maple/or agave syrup
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 30 g of corn starch
  • 100 g of frozen raspberries

Once all these ingredients are mixed, add the raspberries. Then place the mixture in a mold covered with baking paper and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Instead of Skyr you can use cottage cheese and of course you can add other fruit. And now, the video recipe.
