A new case has tarnished the reputation of Stanislas, the conservative private institution where the children of former national education minister Amélie Oudéa-Castéra study.
According to Franceinfo, Olivier P., who worked as an educational director until 2018 in the Parisian Catholic institution, has been indicted for rape of a minor. The facts date back to 2001, when he worked in another private institution, the Saint-Martin de France college-lycée, located in Pontoise (Val-d’Oise). Olivier P. was placed under judicial supervision and the investigation was entrusted to the Valenciennes Prosecutor’s Office.
Acts of violence and consultation of child pornography sites
Contacted by telephone by FranceinfoOlivier P. denies the rape accusation and says yes “humiliated and devastated”. There are already serious accusations against him, this time coming from Stanislas, who hired him from 2013 to 2018. While he was director of the Stanislas preparatory class students’ college and music teacher, the man was fired for serious misconduct, “due to repeated consultation of child pornography websites with professional computer equipment”. Parents at the school were only informed in 2021 of the reasons for his dismissal, after former students finally discovered the allegations against Olivier P. “a reporting email address connected to the Juvenile Prosecutor’s Office », as well as a psychological listening unit “to facilitate information feedback” were immediately established.
In addition to having consulted child pornography sites, which he denies, Olivier P. is also being prosecuted for acts of intentional violence committed against students in Stanislas’ preparatory classes. Again according to Franceinfo, the latter reported “humiliating, invasive and violent practices on his part”, such as punches and strangulations. The man denies any act of violence.
