The startup Sensia, specialized in developing AI solutions to create more efficient market research, as well as the company Havas recently published a study revealing the most popular perfume in the hearts of French women.
The latter was carried out through the analysis of over 10,000 reviews published on the main e-commerce platforms on the French market. Analyses carried out with the support of artificial intelligence whose results, based on trends, ingredients, aesthetics, packaging and many other criteria, have led to the awarding of 10 fragrances… Including the first which will certainly not be foreign to you.
An expected selection
Among the top three perfumes that, according to AI, French women seem to like most, there is obviously the feminine floral from Dior that we all know: “I love it”. The latter stands out with notes of ylang-ylang essence, damask rose, sambac jasmine asbol and grandiflorum.
In second place, we find L’Interdit by Givenchy. The latter is composed of bergamot essence from Calabria, fresh ginger from Madagascar, orange blossom absolute from Tunisia, jasmine sambac from India, but also tuberose from India, patchouli essence from Indonesia and vetiver from Haiti.
A great winner who is very familiar to us
If the second and third perfumes in the ranking can surprise, the first won’t be a big surprise since it’s La Vie Est Belle by Lancôme. For several years this perfume has been the favorite of French women according to an NPD study. He received, according to this new study conducted in collaboration with artificial intelligence, the excellent satisfaction index of 4.22/5.
Its top notes are Iris pallida. For the base note: vanilla and patchouli and for the heart note: orange blossom and jasmine Sambac. An absolutely captivating blend, which deserves first place since 2012…
