The case of Yegor Creed, in which he wanted to sue the organizers of his concert in Arkhangelsk, ended with the musician’s “loss” of 4.4 million rubles. Kp.ru reports this.

The company “Your Concert” LLC, which organized Yegor’s concert in March 2023, was supposed to pay the artist a 50% advance, but a week before the concert the artist did not receive the remaining half, that is, 3,296,703 rubles.

After that, the musician appealed to the Arbitration Court, which sided with him and demanded that the organizers pay a penalty of 8,785,000 rubles, and the total amount was 12 million rubles. This decision seemed unfair to the organisers, and they appealed. On February 6, 2024, the Arbitration Appeals Court announced that it had amended the decision. Now the organizers must repay this amount twice as much as before (4,392,856 rubles). This means that the artist will receive 4.4 million rubles less than the established amount.
