Today the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service submitted a 28-volume objection to the claim of Elena Blinovskaya. RIA Novosti reports this.

Case materials say Elena Blinovskaya disagreed with the tax office’s decision to prosecute her for tax crimes; he objects to this. The publication also states that the Federal Tax Service in Moscow was represented by five lawyers, and Elena was represented by one lawyer in the courtroom.
The blogger’s lawyer did not disclose the details of the case, but admitted that he disagreed with the conclusions of the tax authorities: “We will study these documents and prepare our arguments for the next meeting.” By court decision, the case was postponed to March 5 so that both parties could get used to the objections.

Let us remind you that Elena Blinovskaya was detained while trying to cross the border on April 27, 2023. At that time, she was accused of evading more than 918 million in taxes and legalizing 43 million rubles. The total debt, including unpaid fines, reached 1 billion 400 million liras. The entrepreneur paid only 55 million rubles at once. On December 29, the businesswoman filed a lawsuit against the tax authorities and demanded that the decisions of the federal service be declared invalid. On January 22, the court decided to transfer Elena to the pre-trial detention center until April 26, in accordance with the requests of the Investigative Committee. On February 3, it became known that Elena was forbidden to see her husband in the pre-trial detention center. On February 4, the lawyer responded to the doubts by stating that the blogger does not own foreign real estate.
