But how to clean your toothbrush correctly?
To properly clean your instrument, you need to start from place it for 30 seconds under warm water before using it. The target ? Remove toothpaste residue, dust, saliva or bacteria. Shake it and place it on a vertical base for a few seconds before using it again.
Twice a week arm yourself with an antibacterial mouthwash and leave it to soak for a good twenty minutes. If you only have 3% hydrogen peroxide, soak your toothbrush in a bowl for 10 minutes. Rinse the product with clean water and your instrument will be completely clean, ready to use without fear.
