To make this delicious recipe you will need:

  • 150 g of frozen raspberries
  • A banana (cut in half)
  • A teaspoon of agave syrup
  • A small handful of fresh raspberries
  • Coconut flakes
  • A spoonful of almond butter

The smoothie bowl recipe

  • Pour 150 g of frozen raspberries with half a chopped banana (previously placed in the fridge) into the blender. Mix everything with a teaspoon of agave syrup (only if you want a sweeter mixture).
  • Wait until the mixture forms a creamy paste. It should have the consistency of ice cream. When ready, pour it into a glass bowl (to keep it cold).
  • Sprinkle your mixture with coconut flakes, raspberries (fresh or frozen depending on your taste) and the remaining half banana.
  • Add peanut or almond butter (a generous spoonful will add deliciousness to this fruit bowl).
  • Enjoy!
