The list of ingredients
To make this delicious recipe you will need:
- 150 g of frozen raspberries
- A banana (cut in half)
- A teaspoon of agave syrup
- A small handful of fresh raspberries
- Coconut flakes
- A spoonful of almond butter

The smoothie bowl recipe
- Pour 150 g of frozen raspberries with half a chopped banana (previously placed in the fridge) into the blender. Mix everything with a teaspoon of agave syrup (only if you want a sweeter mixture).
- Wait until the mixture forms a creamy paste. It should have the consistency of ice cream. When ready, pour it into a glass bowl (to keep it cold).
- Sprinkle your mixture with coconut flakes, raspberries (fresh or frozen depending on your taste) and the remaining half banana.
- Add peanut or almond butter (a generous spoonful will add deliciousness to this fruit bowl).
- Enjoy!
