As announced on December 18, 2023 by the American justice system, 1000 pages of documents on the Epstein case were opened and made public between Wednesday and Thursday January 4th. While confirming the names of 180 personalities linked to Jeffrey Epstein, this list does not mean that they are sex criminals, nor does it contain any important revelations…

These documents are among the most scrutinized as of early 2024. In the context of the Epstein case, so far they were Sealed and counted the mention of generic names almost 200 times John AND Jane Doe.

Names already mentioned publicly in the Epstein case

At the request of New York Judge Loretta Preska, these identities were revealed. Among the most recurring names we find in particular the mention of former American presidents, such as Bill Clinton or Donald TrumpFrom Prince Andrewor the magician David Copperfieldby the French entrepreneur Jean-Luc Brunelby the scientist Stephen Hawking and of Michael Jackson.


However, these sources do not mention any illegal acts on their part. Indeed, as explained The Guardianwho published these court documents online, as well as the New York Times or even the BBCwho have read them, these names carry fewer new revelations than they do confirm information already known. Second The GuardianAmerican justice would have made these names public, precisely because these personalities were identifiable thanks to the interviews broadcast in recent years.

No wrongdoing or illegal acts mentioned in the court documents

As confirmed by Caretakerand contrary to the rumors and conspiracy theories circulating on the Internet, the presence of some names in this list only indicates an affiliation individuals named with Jeffrey Epstein. It can be like this friends, witnesses, relatives or simply contacts of the billionaire financier who died in 2019. But their mention it does not mean that these individuals participated in or organized the sex crime ring orchestrated by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell between 2002 and 2005.

Recall that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead at the age of 66 in his prison cell in Manhattan in August 2019 while waiting to hear the date of his trial for sex trafficking. His accomplice and former lover Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced in June 2022 to twenty years in prison for providing to Epstein underage girlsfor some 14 years.
