A Procedural Note: While the board will most likely approve the deal and the strike was called Thursday at 12:01 PM PT, the deal must still be ratified in a vote of the entire SAG membership in the coming weeks.

Here’s what we know about the deal so far, based on the guild’s announcement Wednesday:
