Lesnoy x Medavita

From 8 November 2023 to 8 February 2024, Lesnoy restaurant will offer a special menu inspired by the natural ingredients found in the products of the Italian professional hair cosmetics brand Medavita.

Each of the six positions in the gastronomic offer contains an ingredient that can reveal the true, natural beauty of the hair. Flaxseed oil, for example, is key to protecting and shining curls—it’s an ideal dressing for a big green salad with goat cheese, freeze-dried raspberries, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. Nettle, which gives elasticity and volume to the hair, is offered in oil form on the menu; A few drops of it create harmony with red caviar and sea bass with ceviche sauce. Rosemary, which stimulates growth and supports rejuvenation, successfully complements the cherry sauce served with sous vide duck breast with young asparagus.

The menu, created in collaboration with Lesnoy x Medavita, will be available at the restaurant for three months. Guests who order 2 or more items from the menu will receive a special gift – protective oil for shiny hair Huile d’Etoile, Medavita.
