Chocolate is almost the only solution to the gloomy atmosphere of recent times. Disillusion me if you want, but I am convinced that the world would be a much better place if those who lose their temper took a snack break worthy of the name. Maybe what they really need is the chocolate fudge recipe? Well, I found a really great one in Marmiton’s book XXL kitchenand, frankly, it has brought peace to my home, if not to the rest of the world.
The (easy) dark chocolate recipe
To make this recipe you will need:
- 200 g of matured dark chocolate
- 200 g of butter
- 80 g of icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of corn starch
Start by preheating the oven to 150°C. Then chop the chocolate into a saucepan and melt it gently in a bain-marie with the butter cut into pieces. Once it is well melted and homogeneous, pour everything into a salad bowl and add the sugar. Let the mixture cool a little and add the eggs one at a time and then the corn starch. Mix everything and immediately pour the mixture into a buttered mold and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes. And now it’s ready!
