Every year, 20 May is celebrated as World Bee Day. On this holiday, it is customary to talk about the huge role of yellow-black insects in the ecosystem. In short, bees contribute to the continuation of life in our world by pollinating plants. For the House of Guerlain, this day is always special, because the bee has been their symbol and inspiration for over 190 years.
Thus, the House of Guerlain is dedicated to protecting the bees and ensuring their survival. That’s why, for the second year in a row, they are running an international campaign with the goal of raising 1 million euros in three days (20-22 May). All funds go to a number of important initiatives: charitable programs, the launch of the “From Women to Bees” program in partnership with UNESCO, support for nature conservation funds.
How to join?
— Visit Guerlain boutiques from May 20-22. On this day, 20% of all sales will be transferred to the Program fund.
– make a repost on social networks. For each iteration of Tomas Libertini’s creations and visual content, including the hashtags #GuerlainForBees and #WorldBeeDay, €20 goes into the Program fund.
