The Golden Globe awards will take place on January 7, 2024. According to Deadline, the award will introduce two new nominees as part of the upcoming ceremony.
“Cinematographic and Box Office Success” is the first new nomination. The award will be given to films that have earned at least $150 million (of which $100 million come from domestic box office), are the most watched and attract large audiences, or “achieve cinematic excellence.”
The second new nominee was “Best stand-up comedy performance on television.” In it, comedians will be given awards for their performances in various comedy programs.
