TMZ reports that Mitchel Musso, who plays Oliver in Hannah Montana, was arrested in Texas for theft and drunkenness. Police said they responded to a call from hotel customer service alleging Mitchell was acting aggressively and stealing merchandise from them. As it turned out, the actor received a packet of chips and refused to pay for it and rudely communicated with the staff. The police, who came to the scene, determined that the star was drunk. Musso faces many different charges: drunkenness in a public place, theft (less than $100 (almost nine and a half thousand rubles – Note. ed.), an expired registration and no driver’s license. The source reported that the actor will be released on bail.
