It seems that Amber Heard’s life has finally come to a white streak. According to The Independent, the court dropped the perjury charges against the Hollywood actress in the case of illegal animal importation into Australia.

As we wrote earlier, in 2015, Amber Heard brought Yorkshire Terriers into the country without reporting their existence. The star’s pets did not pass customs control and the mandatory 10-day quarantine. Even then, the actor was accused of illegally importing animals to Australia but the case was closed after he pleaded guilty to forgery of travel documents.

But in 2020, a former employee of Johnny Depp said that Amber Heard forced him to lie under oath during a trial in the case of illegal importation of animals into Australia. It was later said that the actor faces up to 14 years in prison for this. Luckily, the star managed to escape punishment.

Recall that Johnny Depp and Amber Heard started dating in 2012, got married in 2015, and broke up in 2017. After the divorce, the actress accused her ex-husband of domestic violence. As evidence, the Aquaman star cited bruises and abrasions left on Johnny’s body. The actor himself denied all the accusations against him. Last summer, the jury unanimously found Amber Heard guilty in the case against Depp and awarded her $15 million in damages.
