Brand representatives, car dealers, media and bloggers gathered at one venue to see the brand new GAC GS8. The presentation of the model took place in an unusual way: it was accompanied by the performance of drummers with car accessories as percussion instruments.

Now let’s talk more about the brand. Very important: The second generation GAC GS8 is not only an update of the old model, but also a complete replacement for its predecessor. A few figures: the height of the car is 1780 mm, its length is 4980 mm and its width is 1950 mm. All new GAC GS8s feature a powerful 2.0T GDI petrol engine and third-generation Japanese 8-speed Austin transmission (it sure sounds powerful).

The car also features a smart interior that includes an AR-HUD (30-inch, TFT) head-up display and a versatile security system. Now driving has become easier: the first is more comfortable and the second is safer.

How does the interior look from the inside? For comfortable adjustment, there are three rows of seats (2+3+2) with memory function and electrical adjustment. Meanwhile, the logic of the interaction between driver and car has also changed. Almost all machine functions can be controlled via the large and bright 14.6 inch display. Of course, the exterior of the car can be talked about forever: natural perforated leather with argyle and shoulder support, and a long pillow (luxury in general!).
