Ok summer, you’re already knocking us out. If the temperatures are already starting to panic, we have found THE recipe that will give you the impression of diving into a swimming pool, but without a swimming pool: the super simple and quick recipe of strawberry and melon soup, with a hint of mint.
The recipe for sweet soup, right
To make it you will need:
- about 350 g of strawberries
- 1 small melon
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- the juice of half a lemon
- 4 sprigs of mint
First step: wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. In jargon it’s called “équeuter”, and it makes me laugh a lot, I had to share it with you. Once this is done, remove the seeds and peel from a melon and cut it into small and coarse cubes. Mix the sugar with half a glass of water, squeeze the lemon, chop the mint leaves and mix everything.
Put everything in the fridge for at least 4 hours. I know, it’s long, but the fresher the better!
