In early June, a scandal erupted around Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann. The musician was accused of rape and harassment. Because of this, the rock band was on the verge of collapse. And today, Der Tagesspiegel newspaper reported, citing sources, that the Berlin prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation under Article 177 of the penal code.

Earlier, German media reported that 24-year-old fan of the group, Shelby Lynn, said she was subjected to violence by adding banned substances to her drink at a backstage party. Other girls also reported cases of harassment and violence by the soloist and members of Rammstein.
Till’s representative claimed that Shelby Lynn’s words were not true. However, the prosecutor’s office still decided to control.
