Ingredients for vegan biscuit recipe
To make this recipe you will need:
- 100 g of rolled oats
- 75 g of ground almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 110 g of almond butter
- 4 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 50 g of chocolate chips, or dried fruit, or seeds, whatever moves your palate
The easy recipe of vegan biscuits
Come on let’s go. You already need two bowls. In one mix everything dry and in the other whip the almond butter and maple syrup. Well so far? So let’s continue.
Pour the liquid mixture over the dry mixture and mix, mix, mix. Incorporate the seeds or chocolate chips, and hops, form a ball that you will leave to rest for two hours (or a little less if you have the slab) in the fridge.
Time has passed and the oven is slowly preheating to 170°C. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lightly form balls and arrange them all over the baking sheet. With the back of a spoon flatten them slightly and hop them, they go in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. As soon as they are golden, it’s good!
Let them cool so as not to burn your tongue and have a good app!
